These machines are designed in Japan but all the products we supply are built in Britain using the best possible components. IM-21cne, self-contained

KEY FEATURES

This self-contained cube ice maker uses Natural Refrigerant R290 which is environmentally friendly and energy efficient. This machine is part of a unique range of cubers; designed with hygiene as a priority. Each ice cycle is made with fresh water, ensuring only the highest quality of ice. The cubes are easily recognised by its precise shape, clarity, and slow dilution. This is particularly important for ice that is used in premium beverages like cocktails, as it protects the integrity and flavour of the drink. This machine can produce 22KGs of ice in a 24-hour period. The storage bin allows for 11.5KGs of ice to be held at any given time.

IM-65ne, self-contained

KEY FEATURES

With up to 63KGs of ice produced in a 24-hour period and a storage bin capable of holding up to 22KGs of ice at any one time, this machine is a workhorse! Each ice cycle is made with fresh water, ensuring only the highest quality of ice and it has a unique ice making system that has an automatic rinse cycle. After every new batch of ice, the water reservoir drains and refills with fresh water. The system also comes with a magnetic water pump that has no direct coupling, which prevents any leakage.

KEY FEATURES

Need even more ice? Introducing the IM – 100 CNE. This machine is capable of producing almost 80KGs of ice in a 24-hour period! Plus, the storage bin is able to store up to 38KGs of ice at any given time. The closed water circuit offers the ultimate contamination protection, by reducing the number of points at which impurities can enter the ice making process.

Still looking for production of even more ice? The IM – 240NE is the product for you. This machine can produce more than twice as much ice as its little brother the IM – 100. This self-contained ice cube maker can produce an astounding 210KGs of ice in a 24 period! The machine uses Natural Refrigerant R290 which is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. Each ice cycle is made with fresh water, ensuring only the highest quality of ice. The storage bin on this impressive machine can hold 110KGs of ice at any one time.

The basic designs and major component parts are specified for a global market, meaning that Hoshizaki machines will effortlessly and quickly achieve outstanding levels of efficiency in ambient temperatures of between 5°C and 40°C, even in humid environments. All our Ice making machines produce solid cubes of crystalline ice that cools drinks quickly and melts slowly. Ice makers also come with a replaceable filter which will be changed when required.
