We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Gaming Machine Service Engineers to join our expanding team in a dynamic, field-based role. If you have a passion for technology, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and enjoy working independently, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of equipment across our customer sites, including:
• Gaming machines
• Jukeboxes
• Pool tables
• Glass and Ice Machines
• Cash collections (occasionally)
Your primary focus will be ensuring all equipment remains fully operational, addressing faults promptly, and delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing corporate accounts while developing new business opportunities with sites and venues. The role ensures that all machines and equipment sited are commercially viable for both the customer and the company through regular performance reviews, income analysis, proactive account management and site visits.
• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with sites and venues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure all machines and installations remain commercially viable.
• Communicate effectively with customers, landlords, and venue staff via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Deliver excellent customer service and apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Attend customer meetings to review account performance as required.
• Complete site visits and surveys with all necessary tools and documentation.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Complete required management tasks as required by customers and the business.
