Gaming Equipment Cash Auditor

Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gaming Equipment Cash Auditor to join our team. This is a field-based role involving visits to pubs and other hospitality venues to carry out cash collection and audit tasks on a variety of sited gaming and entertainment equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer sites to collect and audit cash from gaming and entertainment machines, including:
    • Fruit machines
    • Pool tables
    • Jukeboxes
    • Photo booths
  • Accurately count and reconcile cash against machine meters
  • Perform daily banking of collected funds
  • Update machine content (e.g. jukeboxes and quiz machines) as required
  • Submit daily transmissions of collection data, banking declarations, and other activity logs

Salary:

£25,397 -£27,000

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential, as this is a mobile role)
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience handling cash is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided

Role:

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Gaming Machine Service Engineers to join our expanding team in a dynamic, field-based role. If you have a passion for technology, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and enjoy working independently, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of equipment across our customer sites, including:
• Gaming machines
• Jukeboxes
• Pool tables
• Glass and Ice Machines
• Cash collections (occasionally)
Your primary focus will be ensuring all equipment remains fully operational, addressing faults promptly, and delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence (this is a field-based role)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
  • Industry experience is desirable, though full training will be provided for the right candidate

Account Manager

Role:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing corporate accounts while developing new business opportunities with sites and venues. The role ensures that all machines and equipment sited are commercially viable for both the customer and the company through regular performance reviews, income analysis, proactive account management and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with sites and venues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure all machines and installations remain commercially viable.
• Communicate effectively with customers, landlords, and venue staff via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Deliver excellent customer service and apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Attend customer meetings to review account performance as required.
• Complete site visits and surveys with all necessary tools and documentation.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Complete required management tasks as required by customers and the business.

Additional Information:

    • This job description is not exhaustive and may be amended in line with business requirements.
    • A full driving licence and regular travel are essential for this role.
    • Industry knowledge is desirable, particularly experience in collections.
    • The role requires availability during standard working hours; however, flexibility is essential, as working times may vary according to customer needs.
    • System Knowledge of our internal management application. Training can be provided
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office products especially Outlook, Excel and Work are essential.
