Terms and Conditions – SX Fanzone Promotion

1. General Offer Terms

● Promotional Period: The discounted introductory rate is valid for the first
12 weeks following the date of installation.
● Percentage Discount: 30% off for 12 week introductory period. Full price
will commence on the 13th week.
● Standard Rates: From the 13th week onwards, billing will automatically
revert to SX Leisure’s standard list pricing as of that date.
● Minimum Commitment: All promotional contracts are subject to a
12-month minimum term which commences immediately following the
12-week introductory period (Total minimum commitment: 15 months).
● Cancellation: A 3-month written notice period is required for all contract
terminations, which cannot expire before the end of the 12-month
minimum term.
● Validity: This offer is available from 1st May 2026 to 31st July 2026 and is
subject to a successful site survey and service availability.
● Right to Withdraw: SX Leisure reserves the right to amend, extend, or
withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
● Additional Costs: Installation outside of our standard installation terms,
and VAT charges apply unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Equipment-Specific Limitations

● TVs: Promotional pricing applies only to screen sizes up to 65”.
● Ice Machines: Promotional pricing applies only to models up to IM65.
● Dish, Bottle Coolers & Glass Washers: Offer applies only to
under-the-counter units/
● Air Racks: Promotional pricing is only applicable when purchased or
leased as a bundle with a qualifying Glass Washers.
