We have an excellent opportunity for a Gaming Machine Service Engineer/ technician. The main duties of this role are to attend company operated sites as required to: carry out service and maintenance jobs on all types of sited equipment (Gaming machines, Pool tables, Juke boxes).
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in fault finding with a wide range of products using different technologies.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment.
Starting from £25,000 (experience dependant) and will increase using a banding structure depending on progression and experience
Must be able and willing to drive sometimes long distances, which may include some overnight stays.
-Customer service experience is essential; this role is customer facing.
-Experience in money handling is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided at our head office in Essex. This will require overnight stays or travelling to Essex to facilitate the training period, expenses will be covered for this.
-Technical abilities and experience required.

Full-time, 40.5 Hours per week on fortnightly rota shift pattern
· Bank Holidays (If on shift)
· Every other weekend as part of shift pattern
Some working experience with ICT and electronics would be useful but us not essential.
The Position is Field based and on our customer sites, therefore candidates must be willing to travel and hold a full driving license.
Company vehicle and all equipment will be supplied.
