SX Leisure are one of the UK’s leading providers of entertainment, gaming, and barware solutions to the hospitality sector, including pubs, clubs, and many other leisure & entertainment spaces. Pool tables, fruit machines and juke boxes are just some of the products available in our extensive range, as well as essential barware facilities which make your establishment run like clockwork.
Previously called Essex Leisure, we are a family business based in Essex which has been trading in the South Eastern region and beyond for over 40 years. Our growth as a business has seen our market leading operation reaching the entire south of the UK. This unparalleled coverage is the result of our experienced team building strong relationships with many prominent pub groups and independent establishments.
With over 90 employees in our growing team, we understand the importance of building our knowledge of both the products we supply, and the industry we work in. We know that different establishments need different entertainment solutions, and we do this by analysing customer behaviours when they frequent our client’s premises.
We are proud members of the largest trade association for the industry – the British Amusement Catering Trade Association (BACTA) – of which our Managing Director Greg Wood is currently President and our Chairman Steve Hawkins is a past-President.

Our ultimate goal is to build additional revenue streams for our valued clients, and we do this by keeping customers fully entertained whilst enjoying the atmosphere of our client’s establishment. Our objective is to extend the amount of time customers spend in their premises by providing a number of entertainment solutions to keep them gainfully engaged.
Our many years of experience has taught us that the best way to keep customers engaged, is to ensure the products we supply are the very best they can be. Products supplied by SX Leisure are premium quality and always represent the most advanced technologies available in our market.
We recognise the value of keeping customers within your premises. Our barware and entertainment solutions are there to build a sense of community, and it’s these communities that drive the opportunity for punters to spend more money. Our mantra is simple; we don’t want customers moving on to a different establishment – “if we give them the right environment, they will feel happy – if they feel happy, they’ll stay longer.”
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We also take our ethical, environmental, and social responsibility very seriously. Our employees are trained to a high standard and competently follow procedures to deliver nothing less than excellent levels of service. We are striving to become a more sustainable business by introducing better energy sources, developing paperless systems, and increasing our recycling capabilities. Some of our fleet are also now electric as we focus on improving our carbon footprint.
We aim to be an environmentally friendly and sustainable Company and it is our intention to promote a policy that is focused on being aware of how we can implement movement towards dramatically reducing our carbon footprint. A culture will be fostered within the company that ensures all employees understand they can make a significant contribution to the Company being an environmentally friendly and green aware company.
